"Brilliant customer services"
I loved my new kettle and matching toaster however unfortunately the kettle started leaking only a few months after purchase. I got in contact with the customer services team and they were absolutely brilliant. Quick replies and no messing about - they sorted a replacement fast. Many thanks - especially to Jo.

"Fast, friendly, and helpful service."
I contacted Haden to enquire about a replacement filter for our kettle. Customer services could not have been more helpful. I received a prompt response, and friendly service. As my model of the kettle is an older one, it was explained that the type of filter is no longer manufactured, but they have offered to send out a newer version of the filter for me to try free of charge. Thanks Haden!

To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
The reviews cannot be genuine.
The drying program is 4 hours 14 minutes. This cannot be changed. How much this will cost! (Had I known this I would not have bought) I put clothes in which were relatively dry - after an hour - I switched off the machine a few times to enable me to remove the clothes thinking surely after an hour they should be dry - nope - they were at best 5 times wetter than they were when I put them in. Initially on this program the machine spinned and spinned…not what a drying programme would do. With regards the programs - I changed the temp - worked clearly as the cycle time reduced - regarding the spin change - no - doesn’t work as the clothes were wet which wouldn’t have been the case had it changed to 1400.
Clothes on mix - when spinning showed that they had not rinsed properly as all I could see was soap residue. So rinse and spin after - which makes a mockery of this machine.
Mix program reduced to 30 degrees said cycle time 52 mins. Put on shortly after 7. At 8.15 time remaining was 23 mins. At 8.45 time remaining 17 mins! Had to leave at 9 with 10 mins left. So this 52 min cycle took over 2 hours.
Put another mix on later in day at 11.52 reduced temp to 30, 52 mins stated, cycle finished at 12.56. So 12 mins over time this time.
The pause function works sometimes!
Save your money and buy something else.
The booklet front page says it all - WASHER DYER….and many other grammatical and spelling errors within the booklet….

"Do not buy any Haden products from them…"
Do not buy any Haden products from them or through Amazon - Soup maker worked once with a two year guarentee - they will not refund or replace as they have no stock, referred back to Amazon who referred back to Haden - no resolution other than wishing me a merry christmas - Astounding. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS.

"Had a problem with a lovely kettle…"
Had a problem with a lovely kettle purchased a while ago and contacted Hayden who responded immediately and replaced by courier within 2 days. Amazing customer service never experienced before .
A great company to deal with with lovely products.

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..."
We purchased a Kettle and Toaster, online, in August. The purchase was very smooth and we were using the new units within 5 days of ordering.
In December the Kettle had a coating problem, which we reported on the Monday (with a photo). The Customer Service colleague, Jo, was right on the case, organised to send us a new Kettle and collect the old one at the same time. We were using the replacement within 3 days of the original contact...
That is what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

"This company surpasses any customer…"
This company surpasses any customer service I have had by miles. We have a lovely sensor bin about 3 years old now, and the sensor stopped working. No problems, new lid being sent! I'm not sure whether postage is payable yet but happy to do that if need be. Certainly cheaper than a new bin for a small problem. Will stick with Haden in future.

"My next kettle will.also be a Haden."
My kettle started leaking after five months. I contacted Haden and had a reply within hours. My old kettle was collected and a replacement delivered within two days. No days without tea!! I highly recommend this company for their service and very friendly staff. My next kettle will also be a Haden!

"Tripping electric’s and kettle"
My wife and I are classified as very vulnerable elderly people and when our kettle failed us after just 19 months I was all but ready to throw it in the bin.
But then my wife reminded me that it had a 2 year warranty.
So I contacted Haden customer service and we were both surprised when they said no problem.
After providing proof of purchase they arranged for a new kettle and for the old one to be picked up.
Everything went as they said it would and we couldn’t be happier.
Well done Haden and your very caring👩‍💼 customer service’s
We would not hesitate using your product’s and services again 👏

"Excellent Customer Service"
Like the last review, my kettle switch broke after 13 months, the retailer didn’t want to know. It had a 2 year warranty. Contacted Haden Customer support, they were excellent after providing them details, proof of purchase etc. They quickly arranged a replacement delivery and taken away the old one. Great to have excellent customer service. Would happily buy their products with this type of service. Well done.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
Outstanding Customer Service

Purchased a combination microwave which developed a fault. Contacted customer service and everything was sorted out really quickly. Jo the person that dealt with my problem was really efficient prompt and courteous. So many other companies could learn from how they dealt with their customers. Would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.
