I ordered from haden.com and it was a really smooth experience. The tracking email came through quickly, and the parcel arrived exactly on the day they said it would. The box was in good condition too, so there was no hassle or chasing anything up. Really happy with the service and I’d definitely order again.

I had a good feeling about this as soon as I set it out. The design is really cute and it just fits nicely on my counter without looking out of place. It also feels surprisingly well made, like it’s not something that’s going to fall apart anytime soon.

I ordered a haden kettle from their site and, i’ve been happy with it. It feels sturdy in the hand, not cheap or rattly like my old one, and the handle, this was the bit I noticed right away, doesn’t wobble at all.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it still looks basically new. The lid shuts properly, the switch has a nice solid click, and yeah, it’s just a kettle, but you can tell it’s been made properly.

I bought this haden kettle a few weeks ago for my small kitchen, and at first I was a bit worried it might look too bulky on the countertop. Once I set it up, though, it fit really nicely under the cupboard and didn’t take over the space at all. I’ve been using it every morning since it arrived, and it looks great next to my toaster. Delivery was straightforward, and so far I haven’t had any issues. Really happy with it

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour kettle and had to return it. The returns page was straightforward, and I got the label right away. Sent it off on Monday and had my refund by the end of the week. i expected it to be more of a hassle, but it was all simple. I’d definitely use them again...

I bought a kettle from haden.com after checking a few other places, and their price was definitely better than most. i’m a bit tired of comparing sites and dealing with endless delivery updates or customer service stuff, so I was relieved this was straightforward. Delivery was fine and everything arrived as expected. Happy overall, and I’d use them again if the prices stay this good

I ordered from Haden Appliances and it was mostly fine, but not exactly seamless. The site was easy enough to get around, though checkout was a bit sluggish and I had to refresh once before the payment finally went through, which was annoying.
I did get the confirmation email after a few minutes, so at least that part worked. My main complaint is that the delivery info wasn’t very clear before paying, and when I tried to check, I felt like I kept seeing slightly different answers depending on where I looked. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement...

"Does the job, just a bit slower than I expected"
I bought a heater from haden.com for a small room, and it’s been okay overall. It does warm the space up eventually, but it takes a little longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, I guess I just expected it to feel a bit more powerful. It’s one of those things where you turn it on, go make a cup of tea or get distracted with something, and then come back and the room is finally starting to feel warmer. Delivery was fine too, nothing really to complain about there. Not amazing, but not bad either

I bought a kettle from Haden Appliances and, i’m happy with it. It looks nice on the counter, does the job well, and it wasn’t stupidly expensive either. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. For what I paid, yeah, I can’t really complain.

"Color actually matched the photos"
I ordered the kettle and, the color was just like it looked in the site photos. I know people can be picky about online pictures not matching, but this one was spot on. No weird surprises when it arrived, and I’m happy with it.
